So, where can I start this real FIRST blog? There is so much shit that is going on and is happening. For starters, let me just say this. My girlfriend and I have been dating for almost nine-months fucking awesome man. It is nice to have a woman in my life that keeps me in line but is the sweetest thing that can ever happen to you. She is absolutely amazing!
I have less than 28 days until basic training in Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. I am very excited for this, I am a wee-bit nervous but I am pretty confident in myself that I will be able to make it through. I will be gone for only eight weeks. After Ft. Sill, I will be traveling to Ft. Jackson, South Carolina where I will continue for another eight weeks for my Advanced Individual Training. After all of this is done I should be home around May 15th-27th which is incredibly exciting! Hopefully I can unlock some great jobs for myself as well as get through college positively.
My first semester is almost done! Finals are next week. I am confident in my ability to keep my good GPA so I can ace this shit. Hopefully when I come back I can finish off my associates degree in computer science as fast as I can. After all this military stuff is done I am hoping for At Least 30-40 College credits which will be fucking awesome. That means I will be able to get a rank or two I hope.
Other than that nothing is really going on right now. I shall update this blog frequently; hopefully I will update it a lot more while I am in Basic/AIT so I can remember all of the fun things that will happen… As well as the ‘bad’ things.
